We have just begun offering micro business opportunities to our workers at En Gedi. Our first trial has been to develop a chicken coop that would be practical to use in a village but also provide a clean, healthy, safe environment in order to produce a marketable amount of eggs and meat. This will provide an extra income for those workers who are able to manage this type of project.

In the future we want to be able to offer more varied projects that are customized for the needs and desires of our workers and communities.
